Terrabytes Green IT Audit Processing Program is designed to assist service providers/consultants with green IT audits for small and medium sized businesses.
Terrabytes provides their partners (sustainability consultants, managed service providers and others) with green IT expertise, a proven framework and methodology for conducting audits, processing of the audit data and a final, client-ready report with baseline performance indicators, recommendations and projected savings.
The program streamlines the green IT audit process and ensures great value for the client.
How does it work?
1. Initiation – Meet with Terrabytes to understand our approach to green IT audits, establish working partnership and handle administration, such as setting up partner's log-in ID for Terrabytes system.
2. Preparation and Training - Terrabytes will provide the partner with a guide for completing the assessment and conducting the energy and paper audits. Terrabytes will also provide a webinar on conducting an assessment.
3. Data Collection – Partner works with the client to complete Terrabytes's questionnaire and submit information to Terrabytes for processing.
4. Data Analysis – Terrabytes will work with partner to complete the analysis.
5. Final Report - Terrabytes will provide the partner with a client-ready Green IT Assessment Report. The report presents the organization’s baseline performance indicators and makes recommendations for improvements, noting highest impact recommendations and many steps that are immediately actionable. In addition, the report provides projected savings and impact if recommendations are implemented.
